I WENT ON TO STUDY THE CULINARY ARTS AND ITS TECHNIQUES HANDS ON UNDER A FRENCH CHEF AND MENTOR STARTING MY PASSION AND CAREER AT THE HANOVER MARRIOTT, IN WHIPPANY NEW JERSEY, WHERE I LEARNED TO DEVELOP MY OWN UNIQUE, STYLE AND FLAIR.
